This project highlights the long-term partnership between TINGS and a bottled water manufacturer in Accra, Ghana. Rather than being a first-time customer, this client began working with TINGS in 2018 by investing in a 2,000 BPH semi-automatic bottled water production line.
Over the following six years, the customer’s business continued to grow as demand for bottled drinking water increased in the local market. To support this expansion, the customer returned to TINGS in 2024 to invest in a new 10,000 BPH fully automatic production line, significantly increasing production capacity and operational efficiency.
The Beginning of the Partnership
When the customer first bottle water business in 2018, the investment strategy focused on controlling costs while establishing a reliable production facility.
So TINGS supplied a complete 1,000-2,000 BPH semi-automatic bottled water production line that provided stable performance, easy operation, and a solid foundation for future business growth.
As the customer’s brand became more widely recognized in the Ghanaian market, production demand continued to increase year after year.
Growing with the Market
By 2024, the original production capacity was no longer sufficient to meet customer orders.
The company decided to expand its factory and invest in a high-capacity production line capable of supporting long-term growth while reducing labor requirements and improving production efficiency.
Because of the positive experience with the original production line, the customer once again chose TINGS as its equipment supplier.
