In 2015, we first connected with Serge from ETS MARIE ALPHONCINE in Gabon. One year later, we began working together.
More than 10 years on, Serge returned to our factory to inspect the fifth production line in our business relationship.

When we asked Serge how he first found TINGS, his answer was simple: through social media.
His company needed equipment for water treatment and bottled mineral water production in different bottle formats. Over the years, our cooperation expanded as the business developed.
This is a good reminder that online enquiries can become long-term business relationships when the supplier continues to support the customer after the first order.
Understanding Local Production Challenges
One of the most meaningful parts of the interview was Serge’s explanation of why he stayed with TINGS.
