1000 BPH Bottled Water Production Line Project in Ghana
From custom bottle design to remote inspection, TINGS worked closely with a Ghanaian customer to prepare a production line for a new health water brand.
Project Overview
Building a Health Water Brand in Ghana
In May 2026, Whole Health Hub Ltd, based in Accra, Ghana, ordered a 1,000 BPH semi-automatic bottled water production line from TINGS.
The goal was to develop a premium health water product. This meant the project was not just about choosing machinery. The bottle design, product appearance and initial investment all needed careful consideration.
From the beginning, we worked closely with Ama to understand her plans and turn her ideas into a practical production solution.
A Custom Bottle Design Developed Together
Bottle design was one of the most challenging parts of this project.
Ama had high expectations for the appearance of her bottles. Our team presented nearly ten bottle design options, while she also shared several ideas of her own.
After multiple rounds of discussion and revisions, we worked together to develop a new, original bottle design that better matched her vision.
Balancing Initial Investment and Future Expansion
After placing the initial order, Ama also considered adding a top labeling machine to apply the additional tax labels required for her products in Ghana.

Instead of simply adding another machine to the quotation, we compared the equipment investment with the local labor cost and discussed the practical implications with her.
She ultimately decided to postpone this machine until a future production line upgrade.
This decision allowed the project to focus on getting the initial production line ready for launch, while leaving room for further automation as the business develops.
Remote Inspection Before Shipment
The original plan was to ship the equipment at the end of July 2026, after Ama visited our factory in China to inspect the production line.
However, her visa was delayed. Rather than waiting indefinitely, we arranged an online video inspection in early September.
Ama reviewed the production line remotely and approved it before shipment. The equipment has now been dispatched and is in transit.
A Customer's Feedback
After the inspection, we asked Ama what had made her choose TINGS over other suppliers.
Her answer highlighted our responsiveness, regular project updates, bottle design support, communication with our engineers and understanding of the water equipment business.
For us, this feedback reflects the importance of working as a project partner, not simply supplying machinery. Understanding the customer’s product goals, making practical recommendations and maintaining communication throughout the project are all part of the job.
