18 Head Bottled Water Production Line Successfully Installed in Sri Lanka
Our 18 Head Bottled Water Production Line project in Sri Lanka has been successfully installed and commissioned at Kasthuri Hardware.
The project includes a 7,000–8,000 BPH bottled water production line together with a 450 BPH 5 gallon water line, giving the customer the flexibility to produce both bottled drinking water and 5 gallon water.
Our engineers completed the on-site installation, testing and operator training before handing the equipment over to the customer.

A Multi-Product Water Production Project
Kasthuri Hardware needed a production setup that could support both regular bottled water and 5 gallon water production.
For the bottled water side, TINGS supplied the 18-head filling machine, as well as a complete back-end packaging system that includes a fully automatic PVC sleeve labeling machine and a fully automatic film wrapping machine. The production line has a capacity of 7,000–8,000 BPH.
The project also included a 450 BPH 5 gallon water production line.
This combination gives the customer more flexibility to serve different customers and market segments.
Customer-Confirmed Installation
To confirm the installation and commissioning results, the customer completed our installation confirmation form.
The form records the equipment operation, operator training, overall performance explanation, troubleshooting guidance and other important operating instructions.
The customer confirmed the installation and trial run, with the equipment checked as operating normally.

Production at the Customer's Factory
After installation and commissioning, the production facilities are now running at the customer’s factory in Sri Lanka.
The factory operates both the 7,000–8,000 BPH bottled water production line and the 450 BPH 5 gallon water production line, allowing the customer to produce different types of drinking water products.
