Our canning line spare parts service is part of a long-term relationship with a customer in the Dominican Republic.
In 2016, the customer purchased a canning production line from TINGS. Ten years later, in 2026, the customer contacted us again for replacement parts to maintain the equipment.
For us, this is more than a spare parts order. It is an example of how we continue to support our customers long after the original equipment has been delivered.

From the First Order to 10 Years of Support
Back in 2016, the customer chose TINGS as the supplier for a canning production line.
Over the following ten years, the equipment remained in stable operation. As with industrial machinery in daily production, some parts gradually wear out and need replacement.
At the beginning of 2026, the customer contacted us again to arrange the required spare parts.
Instead of treating this as a new and separate order, we continued supporting equipment that we had supplied ten years earlier.
For a beverage producer, keeping existing equipment in service can be an important part of controlling maintenance costs and reducing unnecessary downtime.
CNC-Made Canning Line Spare Parts
After confirming the replacement parts required by the customer, our team arranged production at our CNC machining center.
CNC machining allows parts to be manufactured according to the required dimensions and specifications. For replacement components, checking the relevant technical details is important to help ensure a suitable fit.
Once production was completed, we arranged international shipment through DHL so the parts could be sent directly to the customer in the Dominican Republic.
A Real Factory, A Long-Term Relationship
The customer also shared a short video of the factory with us.
This small update meant a lot to our team. It gave us another connection to a customer whose production journey with TINGS began in 2016.
