Vietnam Bottled Water & 5 Gallon Production Line Project
Project Background
In 2025,as the demand for safe and convenient drinking water continues to grow across Vietnam, our customer planned to establish a modern drinking water factory capable of producing both small PET bottled water and reusable 5 gallon bottled water.
Instead of purchasing individual machines from different suppliers, the customer chose TINGS to provide a complete turnkey solution covering equipment selection, production planning, and factory layout.
After several rounds of technical discussions and project evaluation, both parties officially signed the cooperation agreement and started the project together.
A Complete Dual Production Solution
One of the customer’s key requirements was the ability to produce two different products within the same factory:
- PET Bottled Drinking Water
- 5 Gallon Bottled Water
Our engineering team designed a complete production solution that combines independent production processes while sharing the same water treatment system, improving both investment efficiency and long-term operating costs.
This configuration allows the customer to serve both retail consumers and commercial users such as offices, restaurants, hotels, and residential communities.
Factory Planning & Future Expansion
During the project planning stage, TINGS worked closely with the customer to understand the factory layout, production targets, and future expansion plans.
The production line was designed with scalability in mind, allowing additional equipment and higher production capacity to be integrated as market demand continues to grow.
Proper equipment arrangement also helps improve production efficiency, simplify maintenance, and optimize factory workflow.
To ensure complete confidence before production, the customer visited our company and finalized the project through face-to-face discussions.
The cooperation agreement marked an important milestone, reflecting mutual trust and a shared commitment to building a reliable bottled water business in Vietnam.
The signing ceremony represented not only the beginning of equipment manufacturing, but also the start of a long-term partnership.
Factory Ready for Production
With the production facility prepared and infrastructure completed, the customer established a solid foundation for future operations.
The factory was planned to accommodate both bottled water and 5 gallon production, providing flexibility to respond to different market demands.
As the business continues to grow, the production line can be upgraded with additional automation and higher-capacity equipment.
