Location: Gambia
Production Capacity: 2,000 Bottles Per Hour
Line Type: Semi-Automatic Bottled Water Production Line
Commissioned: October 2024
Starting a bottled water business for the first time is not simply a matter of choosing a machine.
For a new investor, the bigger questions are usually more practical:
How much should I invest? Will the capacity match my market? Can I operate the equipment reliably? And what happens if my business grows later?
This Gambia project started with exactly these concerns.
In 2024, our customer in Gambia was preparing to make his first investment in bottled water production.
As a first-time investor, he was understandably cautious about the investment. Instead of simply recommending a larger production line, we discussed his expected market demand, investment level and plans for developing the water business.
Based on these considerations, we recommended a 2,000 BPH semi-automatic bottled water production line.
The objective was straightforward:
Start at a practical production level, keep the investment under control, and leave room for future development.

Rather than simply presenting a standard equipment list, we discussed why each part was required and how the equipment would fit into the customer’s actual production process.
This was an important part of the project.
For a new investor, understanding why the equipment is needed can be just as important as knowing what equipment is included.
The final solution was not based on choosing the largest available machine.
It was designed around what the customer actually needed at that stage of the business.
Bottle blowing in the production facility
The bottle blowing section allowed the factory to produce its own PET bottles as part of the production process, reducing dependence on finished bottles from external suppliers.
From Equipment Delivery to Actual Production
The most important part of any project is what happens after the machines leave the factory.
In October 2024, the production line officially started operating in Gambia.
The customer later shared photos from the factory with us, showing the equipment in operation, workers handling the production process, and finished bottled water ready for packaging.
These photographs were taken from the customer’s actual production site rather than prepared as showroom images.
For us, this is an important part of the project story: the line moved from a quotation and engineering plan into an operating bottled water business.
The production process eventually results in the product that matters most — finished bottled water ready for distribution.
The customer also shared photographs showing packaged products accumulated at the factory, giving us a direct view of the production results after commissioning.
During the project discussions, the customer was comparing several suppliers.
Ultimately, he selected TINGS after several rounds of communication and technical discussion.
One comment from the customer particularly stayed with us:
“You made me feel that I was not only buying a production line. You also gave me advice for developing my water plant based on my market and investment. I felt that you were very sincere.”
For a first-time investor, we believe this part of the project is just as important as the machines themselves.
A production line should match the business behind it — not simply look impressive on a quotation sheet.
