As bottled drinking water demand continues to grow across West Africa, our customer from Guinea planned to establish a reliable and cost-effective bottled water factory.
After several rounds of online discussions, the customer decided to visit the TINGS factory in China to inspect our manufacturing capabilities, equipment quality, and production processes before making the final investment decision.
The factory visit allowed both teams to communicate directly and optimize every detail of the project.
Factory Visit & Engineering Discussion
During the visit, our engineering team introduced the complete bottled water production process, including:
- Water treatment system
- PET bottle blowing system
- Bottle filling machine
- Labeling solution
- Packaging system
The customer carefully inspected the equipment, discussed future production plans with our engineers, and gained a deeper understanding of how each machine contributes to stable and efficient production.

Bottle Design Consultation

During the factory visit, the customer reviewed different PET bottle samples displayed in our bottle design showroom.
Together, we discussed bottle shapes, capacities, neck finishes, and future branding considerations to help the customer select a practical and market-friendly bottle design for the Guinea market.
